Term Classes
Each term we run 8 - 10 week courses of tumbling and contortion. These classes are a specialty course - they are not part of the standard membership and therefore are not for drop ins. With extensive experience working in Australia’s circus scene, including one of the world’s leading contemporary circus companies, Circa, Todd proves a valuable asset to our team here at Three Rings. Todd specialises in tumbling, hoop diving, group and partner acrobatics -you won’t want to miss this opportunity to learn from him!

Must have prior tumbling ability. Should be able to do forward and back rolls, cartwheels, walkovers, have good strength and body awareness and are at the level to start learning flips

Learn the art of contortion!
Contortion is a fun, creative way to build strength, flexibility, body awareness and confidence, and it’s for everyone, not just “naturally bendy” people!
For kids, contortion helps develop coordination, balance and safe movement habits while boosting confidence in a playful, supportive environment. Classes encourage focus, creativity and listening to their bodies as they grow.
For teens, contortion builds strong foundations through controlled flexibility, core strength and injury-aware training. It’s a fantastic support for other sports such as dance, improve posture, and provide a positive outlet for self-expression during changing bodies.
For adults, contortion improves mobility, strength and flexibility in a progressive, achievable way. Classes focus on safe technique, joint stability and long-term movement health. This is perfect for increasing range of motion, building confidence, and reconnecting with your body at any age.
All classes emphasise safe training, proper technique and individual progress, creating a supportive space where students can challenge themselves, have fun, and celebrate what their bodies can do.
Our trained coaches will guide the development of skills and techniques in a fun and supportive way!
