Often we are lucky enough to host workshops for our members and the community on a variety of amazing skills! Keep an eye on our website and socials for information on any upcoming events.

We will host numerous specialty workshops during the school holidays. Be sure to join us for some fantastic circus fun!

With extensive experience working in Australia’s circus scene, including one of the world’s leading contemporary circus companies, Circa, Todd proves a valuable asset to our team here at Three Rings. Todd specialises in tumbling, hoop diving, group and partner acrobatics -you won’t want to miss this opportunity to learn from him!

  • Beginner:

    Wednesday’s 5:15pm - 6:15pm

    Starting 12th February

    Intermediate/Advanced:

    5.30pm - 7.00pm

    Starting 11th February

    Must have prior tumbling ability. Should be able to do forward and back rolls, cartwheels, have good strength and body awareness and are at the level to start learning flips

Learn the art of contortion!

Unlock your body’s full potential in our unique contortion classes, where the focus on strength and conditioning form the foundation for achieving flexibility safely.

Our trained coaches will guide the development of skills and techniques in a fun and supportive way!

Previous Workshops

As well as running intensive workshops with our own coaches, we have had the privilege of hosting the amazing acrobatic Coach Sol, Sydney icon The Metal Aerialist, stunning French Australian artist A Line, one of Australia’s premier aerialists and contortionists Thomas Worrell, and world renowned contortion coach Jasmine Straga.
